A voluntary group which meets regularly to discuss emerging issues and support each other through alliance building and information sharing relating to our sector

  • Collaboration – We work within the Association as well as the broader community to engage others, understand issues, and enhance services to our sector
  • Accountability –We are accountable to the individuals we serve, their families, communities, and our funders
  • Courage – As a group we stand up for what we believe in, advocate on behalf of the people we serve, and are prepared to take risks to enhance the system


  • The ARC/RRC Association utilizes the collective leadership, knowledge and expertise of its members to search for evidence-informed solutions for sector challenges, and works collaboratively to effect change and enhance quality of life for persons with disabilities
